The Shoulder

The shoulder is a ball and socket joint with a huge range of movement.

There are many reasons for pain, tendons could be injured or torn, the shoulder can dislocate or become stiff and painful due to arthritis.

We offer advice, management and treatment for all of these conditions to help restore function and manage the pain.

The Hand

There are multiple conditions that can affect the hand, such as contractures (deformity of fingers / bent fingers), arthritis, stiffness, pins and needles with nerve entrapment.

The hands are our eyes to our interference with the outside world and are of a vast importance.

The Elbow

The elbow is essentially a hinged joint, with a rotational element which allows you to rotate the forearm.
